Thanks for your advice on the design. I’m so glad most of you suggested letting the lettering be the floating frame on the perimeter. Mostly, it feels great to feel finished with this.

Two things amuse me: the interruption of the pattern by each “g” and that the arrangement of colors fools my eye into looking into an down a squared-off funnel.

I like how the ‘g’s dip into the edge, also. Such a sweet little piece – I like the contrast between the happy-go-lucky color and the seriousness of the quote.
