One of the hard ones and not my best…
same here Rosa!
I wish I had your eye for colour. I just don’t have the gift for choosing colours that go together. Beautiful work.
Love your sweet little patience…
Patience is a tough one, I must agree
Hardest when you’re waiting for something to be over.
ooh, ooh, ooh!!!! I love that color combo! and the border. oh, gosh. the whole thing is just making me swoon.
I love your stitching.
I have none of that!
peace, love, kindness… just a few more words for you! ;)
I always think of this from a “little book of virtues” I had as a kid:
Patience is a virtue.
Virtue is a grace.
Both put together
Make a very pretty face.
Which, if we are talking about not having a giant scowl on my face, is not entirely untrue.
My favorite use of the word is when folks look over my shoulder as I knit and say “I wish I had the patience to do that…” and I ROFLOL! Craft teaches patience, not the other way around…and it’s sooooooooo hard to come by, even then!
I too love the colour combo, :).
what i would give for more of that one, especially when dealing with a certain three-year-old…
And now I’m tempted to say “drama”. in bright colors. not usually thought of as a virtue, but maybe an anti-virtue collection is needed as well? drama. baggage. impatience. anger. petulance. oh, I could have danced all night! (and still have begged for more….greed!)
