hmm.. that looks like a fun way to use my leftover aida. I need something free like that to really hold my interest.
Also (and I always think this stuff, but don’t say it often enough) your stitching is absolutely gorgeous. I love all the different font styles and the relentless freedom of this work.
Ah, the visit. Reminds me of the story of Peaches, the super-hot super crazy burlesque-before-burlesque rock star. Opened a show wearing a bikini, looking super hot, gyrating, doing the old “I’m so glad you came out tonight” getting everyone riled up, reaching into her pants & acting like she’s gonna throw her panties to the boys… except she whirls a tampon into the crowd. Also reminds me I need to stock up on girl supplies… and some nice cross-stitch fonts.
So it’s that time, is it?!
loving this. it’s rather, uh, timely.
it’s amazing to me, how much style can be conveyed by little red stitches…
very awesome. and so very hilarious. shark week. heh.
Took me ages to get that. I’m a bit slow today. And I only get those damn things 3 or 4 times a year so i tend to forget they exist.
…suitable thread color. ;)
fun as well as truly fabulous. reminds me of the restaurant scene in Monty Python’s Meaning of Life for some reason. glad you have Aunt Flo in there.
I just realized how long it’d been since I visited your blog — now I’m going to have to come back soon and see where you’re going with this one! :-)
