growing So I am finally off on a five week winter break from teaching and other duties. I tend to use this time to work on my research and recharge my batteries with some crafting and recreational reading. This year I feel extremely distracted and can’t settle down to do anything yet. I keep saying that I’ll make a list to help me focus and keep from further scattering myself, but it’s even too overwhelming to attempt to take account of what must be or could be done.

Project monogamy has been my approach to solving this problem in the past. It might just be that I need a day with zero stimulation to reset my brain?
