never-ending craft inspiration ~ love the little squares.
That is the prettiest crochet hook I have ever seen! Not my grandma’s hook for sure. All this crocheting makes me almost want to pick it up again. But no! There is no room in the craft room for more stuff like yarn! Happy Easter and have a most pleasant weekend. xo hugs ox
Once again… wish I could crochet. Sigh….
I like the range of your work. I don’t always get where your creativity is coming from, well, I get it intellectually, but can’t find my way to the same place in my gut where you seem to be coming from. I love the color. I admire that you have the patience to spell out the words when the impulse is already full blown, and you have to spell it out, one strip of cloth at a time. I don’t know how I feel about all of those little ends from the little squares, too much to tuck in.
So beautful! What yarns are you using?
I want to granny up some little squares! I certainly have enough scraps around to make it happen. :)
I can never make two squares the same….tips?
never learned how to crochet, though both my sisters did from my grandmother. I learned to knit. must have been up to no good the day she was teaching them. so portable and very pretty
Really cute squares! What will it end up becoming?
Is there no end to what you can do? Crochet is next on my list!
Nice! Another scrappy blanket? I love all your ideas for using up small amounts of yarn and fabric. Makes my frugal heart go pitter patter.
This reminds me a bit of one my great grandmother made. She used black and lots and lots of scrap yarn. I think each square has a black center and black outer round.
