Stunning! You did not need to interface?
This is so vibrant and energetic!
Hi! Obviously silk is perfect for you! Those shiny colours look fantastic in thin stripes! x Teje
Beautiful! I have been hoarding silk in oranges, and want to do something with them, but I haven’t decided yet.
Oh yeah. Nothing feels, looks, or smells like worm spit. (And I find the dupioni so easy to work with… it loves pressing!)
Nothing beats silk for vibrancy of colour. And it’s nice to sew through isn’t it?
Yum! It looks as delicious as I know it feels, but isn’t it very slippery to work with?
SO beautiful!! The silk just glows <3
OMG! gorgeous! Obviously you and silk are the perfect match.
I bought a rainbow stack of silk back in 2013 and have incorporated little pieces into as many works as possible since – I’m almost out and its making me so sad to not be able to find more locally. This work, as always, is beautiful. Love the shimmer the silk brings.
oh, my…… very, very pretty.
The brilliance is amazing
It is so entirely understandable that you love this fabric! Beautiful!
oh those colours are STUNNING joyful injection of colour today
